I’m interested in starting a journal. What do I need to know?

A quality journal will be continuously published in regular intervals. Journal editors must invest the time necessary to produce quality issues in these intervals. Starting a journal is not a short-term project. You need to be prepared to serve as the editor for the seasons and years to come, or be prepared to have a viable successor to take over editorship once you have the journal off the ground.
